OUR SHIPPING TERMS
For domestic / USA orders placed through our website only:
- We provide free shipping on CANDLE orders $150 and over to the 50 US states.
- USED CANDLE MOLDS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING. $7.95 SHIPPING WILL BE ADDED
- We charge $7.95 for all orders under $150 shipped to the 50 US states.
- Business days are considered Monday through Friday except for USPS postal holidays.
- Most orders are shipped USPS Priority and are in transit two to three business days.
- We may ship large sized candles and large orders UPS Ground if it is a more economical way to ship your order.

OUR RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase please notify us within 10 business days by e-mail or phone us at 541-942-7061 (8am to 5pm Pacific Time Zone). Please state your reason for returning your order.
Upon acknowledgement of your e-mail or your phone call, you may be instructed to do the following:
1. Repackage your order in the original box.
2. Send a copy of the invoice slip in package.
3. Send a note on why the order didn't meet your satisfaction.
4. Ship via US Postal Service to Beeswax Candle Works, PO Box 1450, Cottage Grove, OR 97424 or ship via UPS Ground to Beeswax Candle Works, 33618 Jenkins Rd, Cottage Grove, OR 97424
5. Upon receipt of the returned products, if our error, we will refund all charges to your credit card and refund your return shipping cost. If customer error, we will refund all product costs less a 15% restocking fee to your credit card. We will also deduct our cost to ship your order. The original shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded if customer error.
