Since the beeswax votive makes a liquid pool of wax as the wick burns, the votive needs to be burned in a votive container. Burn continuously for a minimum of four hours to prevent tunneling and to burn most of the beeswax over the life of the votive. Our large votives have a burn time of approximately 19 to 22 hours each and a size of 2.25" tall x 1.75" wide and are slightly tapered.
