Once your package has cleared US Customs, we will no longer be responsible for delivery. Once we have shipped your order, we will have done our part and there will be no refund to you if your Country’s Postal Service does not deliver your package to you. The risk will be yours. Additional USPS (United States Postal Service) charges for delivery guarantee may be available.
For international shipments, the following must be met:
1. Billing address for credit card must match address on file with your credit card company.
2. Orders must be shipped to billing address for your credit card.
3. CVV2 number must match your credit card.
4. Customer pays all shipping charges on orders under $125.00 US.
5. On orders $125.00 US and over, customer pays shipping charges. However, we will give a 10% discount off of your candle order if candle order total is $125.00 US or over.
6. Customer pays all customs charges.
a. When you place your order online, shipping charges will not be shown.
b. When we receive your online order, we will estimate USPS Priority Mail International shipping costs.
c. You may estimate shipping charges from Cottage Grove, OR 97424 to your country by going to http://ircalc.usps.gov .
d. We will email you the estimated shipping costs.
e. Upon your acceptance by email of estimated shipping costs, we will ship your order within 3 business days.
f. USPS Priority Mail International shipments are approximately 6-10 days in transit.
g. You will receive an email from USPS (United States Postal Service) with your package tracking number when your order is shipped.
h. Your credit card will be billed for the exact shipping costs.
i. We will cancel your order and cancel charges to your credit card if you do not accept the estimated shipping costs.
